We highly recommend Vlad and Gooder Homes.
We hired Vlad with Gooder Homes to do some remodeling at our home. He removed over 2,000 square feet of carpet, and installed wood laminate. He did a beautiful job, and we are so pleased. Additionally, from the top of the staircase, there was a long hall and a big open area. We wanted a media room, so Vlad walled in the open area and installed double doors and created a magnificent TV room, and we love it! And our double car garage had a tandem 3-car garage. We have exercise equipment and wanted a workout room. Vlad extended the back wall of the garage, and built in the space for our equipment (we just finished a workout prior to writing this review). He works quietly and cleans up the remnants daily. He doesn’t just throw things together and call it "done." He is meticulous in all he does.

We are very pleased with the end result. Vlad and Andrew with Gooder Homes recently completed a remodel of our 20+ year old master bathroom. The project involved removing and replacing the vanity with a custom quartz top with undercount sinks, lighted mirror and accent lighting.

The one-piece acrylic shower was replaced with Swanstone panels and frameless sliding glass doors. All plumbing fixtures were replaced and the existing floor tile was replaced with ceramic plank tile. Their workmanship is meticulous. Vlad was very responsive in his communication on and off the job.

They were both courteous and responsible about entering and leaving our home.

The quality of work and reliability scored very high for the projects they did for us. Pricing was very competitive. We used them kick out a wall and make it a door to way, furniture assembly, painting fire place, fencing and regularly handymen work. Have them on speed dial for the next project!
